Responsibility
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
