Responsibility

  • Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data, including tax deductions, social security, and other statutory contributions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Generate and distribute salary slips, payroll reports, and financial summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align payroll processes with company budgets.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and improve payroll systems and software for enhanced efficiency.
  • Assist in year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local Indonesian systems).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, BPJS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
