Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee database records, including contracts, leaves, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal company regulations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support payroll administration and ensure accurate documentation for compensation and benefits.
  • Facilitate employee relations, serving as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and grievances.
  • Organize internal company activities and engagement programs to boost morale and team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high level of integrity/confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
