Note: This role is open to both local and expatriate candidates with the right to work in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in collaboration with finance and external providers.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, performance reviews, and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor regulations, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
