Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a pipeline of top-tier talent for Monstr Confectionery.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records with precision and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff and align with business goals.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
