Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and clinic-specific HR policies.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievance resolution and fostering a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate staff training, development programs, and performance appraisal cycles to drive employee growth.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Assist in organizing company events and internal engagement initiatives to boost staff morale.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Law and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
