Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals to enhance employee productivity and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development plans.
- Oversee employee engagement programs, fostering a motivated and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Drive training and development initiatives to upskill employees and future-proof the organization.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts with fairness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager/Director).
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent development, and organizational design.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
