Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, workshops, and career progression pathways.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and productivity.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee development roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
