Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee daily HR administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and company values.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance on workplace issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (preferably in a startup or media company).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict management is a plus.
