Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to drive productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage HR budgets, metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing HR budgets, metrics, and analytics.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
