Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training and development programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths and succession planning strategies.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, including employee wellness programs, recognition systems, and team-building activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR development programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR development to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development, training, or talent management roles.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training and development programs.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
