Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and training sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions to HR-related concerns.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Organize company events and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
