Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Conduct skills gap analyses and identify training requirements across departments to enhance workforce competency.
- Collaborate with department heads to create customized learning solutions that support career growth and succession planning.
- Oversee the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs through metrics and feedback, and continuously refine strategies for improvement.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership development, and performance coaching.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to introduce innovative development approaches.
- Manage the training budget, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or Talent Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs in a corporate or multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methodologies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and data analytics tools to track training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements related to employee development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
