Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and identify training requirements across departments to enhance workforce competency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create customized learning solutions that support career growth and succession planning.
  • Oversee the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs through metrics and feedback, and continuously refine strategies for improvement.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership development, and performance coaching.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to introduce innovative development approaches.
  • Manage the training budget, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or Talent Management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs in a corporate or multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methodologies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and data analytics tools to track training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements related to employee development.
