Responsibility
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HRD programs through feedback and metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HRD activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of talent development methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems (LMS).
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
