Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with company goals.
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Maintain HR records and databases with confidentiality and precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Proven ability in recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
