Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee foreign worker management, including permit renewals, documentation, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Coordinate employee welfare programs, training sessions, and internal team-building initiatives to boost engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and confidential HR databases.
  • Handle general office administrative duties, including vendor management, procurement, and facility coordination.
  • Provide support to management for ad-hoc projects and ensure seamless day-to-day office operations.
  • Monitor and assist with payroll preparation and internal compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker permit regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
