Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events.
- Oversee office operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, liaising with relevant departments and external partners.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
