Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement organizational development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive HR strategies.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
