Responsibility
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and culture programs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and metrics for management review.
- Coordinate training and development programs for new and existing employees.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including payroll assistance and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
- Passion for people and culture, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, administration, or customer service is a plus.
