Responsibility
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and managing exit procedures.
- Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including data entry for attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
- Address general HR inquiries from employees and guide company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks, including office supply management, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR Assistant, HR Officer, or similar administrative support role.
- Solid understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
