Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans to ensure employee growth and productivity.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and align their capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards in all HR practices and documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and databases while ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in multinational companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
