Responsibility
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and training programs.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administration, with a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
