Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and coordinate professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards.
- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation using HRIS or other relevant systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
