Responsibility
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, filing documents, and preparing HR-related correspondence.
- Help organize and facilitate new employee onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning company events or activities.
- Research and gather information on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Provide support in preparing HR reports and presentations, utilizing data analysis skills.
- Assist with basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned, fostering a continuous learning environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Prior experience in an office environment or student organization leadership is a plus.
