Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across all departments.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluations, career development plans, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill employees and align capabilities with organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
