Responsibility

  • Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for various departments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication campaigns.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave tracking.
  • Conduct research on current industry HR trends and best practices to support department initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for HR meetings, performance management cycles, and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a career within the Human Resources sector.
  • Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the internship program.
