Responsibility
- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for various departments.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication campaigns.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave tracking.
- Conduct research on current industry HR trends and best practices to support department initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings, performance management cycles, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a career within the Human Resources sector.
- Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the internship program.
