Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Conduct performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create strategic HR solutions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development initiatives to upskill employees and align with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for leadership review and decision-making.
- Promote a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace culture through policies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and build talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies, programs, and engagement initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
