As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee critical functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, insurance administration, work pass processing, and payroll support. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
  • Administer work passes, visas, and permits for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee insurance and benefits enrollment, claims, and renewals, providing guidance to staff as needed.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
  • Provide employee relations support, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, payroll, or compliance (Senior Executive level may require more).
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and work permit regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee information.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
