Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Leverage social media, job boards, and networking to source passive and active candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to build a talent pipeline.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record of successful hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
