Responsibility

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with company needs.

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
