As our HR Executive, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and HR compliance while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with company needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements in compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, conducting audits and implementing best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance employee engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
