Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all hotel departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company standards and local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and career progression.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
