Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for all hotel departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company standards and local labor laws.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and career progression.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
