Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and updates.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
