Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in HR development to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
- Work closely with HR teams to integrate development programs with performance management and talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development, training, or organizational learning roles.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtual.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
