Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks for potential candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee office administration, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR and administrative challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
