Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive growth.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity and employee development.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Drive culture and engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend data-driven HR solutions.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent HR policies and practices across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a fair and supportive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational or regional role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, data analytics, and workforce planning tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are highly desirable.
