Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
