As an ELM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining HR system accuracy, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. Responsibility
- Execute HR system data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee records, benefits, and compliance documentation.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Support HR projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in accordance with GDPR and local labor laws.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or employee lifecycle administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
