Responsibility
- Partner with healthcare leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Design and execute employee development programs, including training, career pathing, and performance management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Drive workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure the organization is prepared for future challenges.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
