Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate office administration tasks, including facility management, vendor relations, and procurement.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance on policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
