Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with management to address performance issues and facilitate performance improvement plans.
- Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
