Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to enhance Munchy's reputation as a top employer.
- Create engaging content, including stories, videos, and social media campaigns, to showcase our company culture and values.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align employer branding with overall business objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, university recruitment drives, and industry events to attract top talent.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful employer branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
