Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair evaluations and career development pathways for employees.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Oversee HR compliance with local labor laws, policies, and industry standards.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill staff and align capabilities with business goals.
- Handle administrative HR functions, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and record-keeping.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing HR insights to support operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
