Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Process and track attendance, leave requests, and timesheets using HR software.
- Support new employee onboarding, including preparation of contracts, orientation materials, and IT access setup.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, such as generating reports, filing documents, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
