Responsibility
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement
- Partner with management to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives
- Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement company-wide HR programs and policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders
- Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working with multinational corporations or in cross-cultural environments
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with strong time management skills
