Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for site-based roles.
- Coordinate and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary disbursements.
- Act as a liaison between site employees and the HR department, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to site operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety, labor, and HR standards, and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, maintaining databases, and managing documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in construction, development, or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software; experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
