Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to maintain positive employee-management relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with legal teams to interpret labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace morale.
- Design and deliver training programs on labor relations, workplace ethics, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and analyze labor trends to proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR or Labor Relations (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
