Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide reports.
- Collaborate with HR team to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, temporary role with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
