Cezars Kitchen, a leading name in the F&B industry, is expanding its operations in Bali and seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant for a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance. You will work closely with our management team to ensure smooth HR operations across our outlets in Bali.

Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses to HR-related questions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
