Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in Bali’s competitive market.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing plans.
- Analyze HR metrics and present data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
