Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support to managers and staff
- Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or human capital roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment
